"I’m really happy they have a jersey mike’s in the area now. I ordered a giant club sub and my food tasted great. Customer service is decent too! Since it’s a new location, they have new staff so I understand the frustration/tension when I saw them training staff.. However, this place is promising and I will remain positive & patient when they get it rolling!"

"I have always enjoyed their food, but since I have tried the Bartlett location, they absolutely have no customer service. Tonight I took my daughter to try it for the first time. The guy at the service counter mumbled and was getting irritated when I was unable to hear him, then after taking our order he continued to work on other customer’s sandwiches and not even acknowledge what we were to do next. So we just stood there at the counter waiting and nobody said a word. Two girls who were making to go orders came and acknowledged a door dash guy, but didn’t even help the guy at the service counter who apparently was backed up with orders. They desperately need training on customer service and professionalism especially on a new restaurant here in Bartlett. Super disappointed!!!!"

"I stop by monthly after an appointment we must visit the area for and I casually mentioned the mixup with my sandwiches on our previous visit. Kudos to Amanda for being so professional and courteous. She is the true definition exemplary customer service and is so deserving of the recognition & praise. She wasn’t even there on my previous visit but wanted to make things right tonight and I couldn’t be happier. Great job Amanda for going the extra mile!!"

"It was kinda busy in there. Was able to stand in line and order my food pretty quickly. Nothing out of the ordinary. No one was overly pleasant or mean. Just normal. Food came out at a decent time frame so no complaints there. Ordered the chicken Philly. Should have added hot peppers or jalapenos but it was decent still. I'll be back try try other sammiches."

"Went in today I was totally ignored by 2 white females that works there. They spoke to every white person came in but the black people they totally ignored or gave a hard time. The males that work there was very pleasant and respectful. The only reason i gave it a 2 star because of the male staff. Now the food was perfect no complaints on that. I will go back if the 2 females not there if so I'll go to another one. I don't think it's the business just the 2 females that work there."
