"This was the second time to this location, I came in on one of the last nights of employee training because I thought it was open already. I met the manager and he even gave me and my wife free subs to take home. I've been waiting a long time for a Firehouse Sub shop to get closer to me and it's finally happened, still a 12 mile drive but totally worth it. I'll definitely be a steady customer."

"The food was good, but there could have been more meat on the sandwich for the price. There were two very friendly people working, and the place wasn’t very busy when we were there, but some of the tables were dirty and the bathroom definitely needed some attention. The girl who took our money charged us for water at $2.79 each. She may have been new and it could have been an honest mistake, but we were very happy that we got a receipt and checked it over."

"I have tried this restaurant 3 times and each time it is more disappointing. Ordered the hook and ladder sandwich and chill. Sandwich was just lacking any type of flavor. This is a signature sandwich it should already have at least salt and pepper or other seasonings. The chilli was also bad. I'm willing to put money that it came out of a can or bag. I asked for hot sauce to add flavor to sandwich and chilli and guess what... They dont have any at all. I am not even going to talk about the dirty floor and tables. Will not return"
