"I really thought that when a fast food place is "open 24 hours" it was serving food, I guess not when they say they shut down to get ready for breakfast?? Can't even get a coffee?? You guys need to change your hours if you're not going to be a 24 hour service!!"

"Awful, I ordered inside at 4:22pm. I got my food at 4:56pm and it was cold. The entire time my order was sitting on the line, the employees we're engaged in conversation with the manager about having a Super Bowl party. And then, after I asked twice about my order I was told that my McCafe coffee orders couldn't be fulfilled because the machine was running through a self-cleaning and I would have to wait 30 more minutes, so I asked for a refund which took another 10 minutes. It was very disorganized and unprofessional. And also to mention, only one of the three stalls in the women's bathroom was working and it wasn't the handicap one."

"Just went through the drive-through and paid $7 for a burger only to find a freaking STICKER in the cheese. How does that even happen, that is so gross! I did go back in to get a new one, without a sticker, and they remade my burger just fine."

"Pulled up to drive through and ordered very nice and professional went to window to pick up food and guy turned his back to the window while pouring tea pretty suspicious but ok we didn’t order tea. I got my big Mack and their were holes in bottom of bun with a black jelly substance in the holes I threw away my food. Come on McDonald’s you can do way better than this."

"My drive thru experience: The employee at the cash register was friendly and efficient. The two employees at the pick up window were a different story. Neither one greeted me. The young man just asked if my order was the mobile. I ordered a double filet-o-fish, caramel frappe, and two sundaes. I asked for a drink holder. The man looked confused and I had to ask two more times. He then said they don't have any, then asked the young lady if there were any. She looked very uninterested and said no. I then asked for at least a bag so I had something to hold the sundaes. The young man still liked confused and asked the girl if there were any bags. She handed him one to give me. I worked at McDonald's for five years when I was younger and have been to countless other locations over the years. I have never heard of them not having drink holders before. I've never encountered employees that didn't know whether the store had them or bags before. They gave me my sandwich in a bag so he knew they had bags. Service at McDonald's has steadily worsen from what it was like before."
