"Ordered a big Mac today. Sandwich assembled in correcting putting all the meat and sauce between two pieces of bread leaving top bun with literally nothing. Caused sandwich to not be able to be held because it's sliding everyone. Had to wait till I get home and cut it up with a knife and fork to eat"

"Slow. Was one of 2 cars in the drive thru (first in line another pulled in behind me and ordered) and it took 30 plus minutes to get food. Asked two of the workers what was taking so long or if they forgot we had ordered and we're reassured we weren't (eye roll) I have been all over this country and I have never encountered a McDonald's that thinks 30 plus minutes wait time for 2 cars is acceptable. Do better and adjust your night crew. Cheers."
"Went there today, did a mobile order, ordered 4 McDoubles and a basket of fries, the drive thru would literally only do one car at a time so the wait was superrrr long. Sat at the drive thru speaker for over 10 minutes. Got the food, after it was basically throw at us, 3 out of the 4 burgers was raw, the fries was so old they was a dirt brown color and smelled of cardboard.. went back to get show them and get a refund, refused to refund said they couldn’t do it, also sat for another 20 minutes for 2 cars in front.. the 2 employees that we had an interaction with, was just super poor."
