"Last night I ordered a family meal deal my 2 thin crust pizzas arrived on time. (Around 830pm) I didn't eat until after 12am. When I opened the pizzas they were both burnt. I called the store today around 5pm to report the issue. The shift lead told me that there was nothing she could do because I waited to call. I couldn't call last night they were closed. I have been at work all day and couldn't call from work. I feel this is bad business practice."
"This location was very busy when I came in to pick up my order. There were only three people working to prep the food and check out customers. They handled the stress with professionalism and focus and I appreciate their positive, friendly customer service. Anytime they have brought my pizza to my car, I have been greeted with a smile."
"We order for delivery that consisted of 2 pizzas and cheesy bread sticks. When the food arrived at my home it was barely warm. We opened the boxes to find the pizzas and the cheesy bread were burnt and made sloppy. My husband called up there and told them about the pizzas and cheesy bread and the guy said that the oven is set to a certain temperature; well the last few times we order, our food was nowhere near burnt and it was hot. The guy said that they can remake them , but it may come out like that again. Who wants to eat a burnt pizza and cheesy bread. It looked like it had been just sitting out because it was so broken up. My husband asked for a refund back which will take 25-48 hours per the guy on the phone. My question is why would you even put the pizza in a box knowing y’all knew they were burnt. The worker’s would not eat that so why would you think our family would. I will be checking to see if the refund is on his card in the timeframe he said. I will keep these pizzas and cheese bread for reference. Highly disappointed and would not recommend."
"You would think these high volume locations would be prepared, but you'd be wrong. I travel for work. Ofc people always seem to want me to get dominos? Since it's cheap/ easy. I always go order/ pickup myself to keep an eye on the process.. so I sit there listen to people orders lost on the app. Calls about slow delivery/ cold food. Skip all that. DIY. Better control. Lol"
"This place is a constant disappointment and has been for 4+ years. Yes, I know... it's Domino's, shouldn't have had high expectations in the first place. They're the only one in our delivery area, and we've never had a problem with ant of the others. Their delivery always takes a good 30-45 minutes longer than quoted, making the food always be barely warm when it finally gets here. I'm sure it's a management issue, recurring issues over years makes it glaring. Order here with low expectations. Domino's on Fort Campbell blvd... you suck at running a pizza shop."
