"Went to JM this Sunday morning right at opening time. At exactly 10A, the OPEN SIGN was turned on, the door was unlocked and they were ready to do business!!!! The store was perfectly clean, the staff was very friendly, and all their uniforms were clean. Everyone in the store seemed genuinely determined to my food as ordered. The food was fresh and well-presented. Excellent experience at a time when excellent experiences are hard to come by!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I was there with my family getting dinner and the guy that took our order was very friendly. It was until we got to the lady making our sandwich who was very impatient and rude looking at us like we were ridiculous for thinking about what we wanted on our sandwich. Using her hands in a motion pretty much telling us to hurry up. Let alone talking rude to her other employees ringing up another customer. If you don’t like your job or you are not good with customer service don’t work there . We were here on July 7/22/23 at 5:30 And I hope whoever it was definitely gets talked to. If I could put a -1 for service I would ."

"We ordered a giant turkey sub with all the toppings on the side. As you can you from the photo, we had a sprinkle of turkey meat on this $15 sub. Additionally, they just threw all the toppings to include oil & vinegar in the container open. Which leaked all over my sub bread from the ride home. Soggy bread. We called to notify them and they just left us on hold. I have eaten at Jersey’s mike all over from coast to coast and this location has made the worst sub sandwich ever. I expect to get what I paid for. For $15 dollars provide all of the meat that comes with the sandwich, don’t be so careless when packing the toppings, and not serve us whatever meat is left."

"Great place to eat at, and it’s sure close to Fort Campbell. Staff are super friendly. The brand new kitchen and grill look absolutely amazing. It’s a 180 degree improvement from what they had before. I have attached the pics."
