"Tried this for the first time yesterday. First impressions : very small and cramped space with tables very close together. Just enough room to side step in between tables. but they had a variety of toppings. NO hot toppings what so ever, even the chicken is cold. So all of your salad will be cold, didn’t love that I would prefer hot meat so the cheese blends into the salad. The Mac n cheese and items on the hot bar were good / looked good. My biggest issue is that there is NO changing table in either of the bathrooms for a child. No family bathroom either with that option. I couldn’t even change my baby in there. They offer high chairs but no changing tables, so it seems it’s family friendly just not inclusive. All the employees were nice."

"I've been waiting and waiting for this place to open. I was not disappointed. The restaurant was clean and bright. The employees were friendly and helpful. The salad bar was fresh and well maintained. There were so many choices, it was hard not to overdo it. The hot bar has a selection of soups and other items. The crayfish pepperjack soup was delicious. I will tell my neighbors and I will go back."

"$20 for a bowl of salad is very expensive, the staff was friendly and helpful, the salad area was filthy and needed to be wiped down and cleaned, this place would get more business if the price was not so expensive for a bowl of salad, I recommend if you want a salad just go to your local grocery store and get the items And make it at home half the cost , I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking for affordable, or reasonably priced lunch or on a budget."

"I have been looking forward to this opening so that we can have a healthy dining out experience. Living in the south makes it hard to find non-fried food establishments. The employees and owner were super nice when we visited. Tons of options, all the normal salad items, fruits, 3 types of grilled chicken, shrimp, seafood salad, 5 soups, baked potatoes, and 3 hot vegtable side options. They also have homemade flavored lemonades. The price was also reasonable, but keep in mind you pay by weight. You can easily overload a bowl with heavy items, and then it may not be that cheap. I will say that my wife and I paid just under $25 for 2 salads, 1 soup, and 1 iced tea. I really can't recall eating out recently for that price. Everything was fresh, they were cutting up fresh fruit as we were dining. Everything was also clean, the dining area as well as the ingredients bar. I'm so glad to have them in town and hope they do well. We will be back - and definitely try the chicken poblano soup."

"Visited during the Grand Opening. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. All the options are high quality. I did the build your own salad and it was like the options were endless. Everything tasted delicious, especially the Garlic Herb Chicken. I highly recommend topping off with a mix of Chipotle Ranch and Avocado dressing, you won't be disappointed. They also had a hot potato bar and a soup bar. This place is awesome. I only gave 4 stars because they have the Shrimp right next to the chicken and with this being a build your own salad concept, someone is bound to drop a shrimp into the chicken and that could be very bad for people with a shellfish allergy. Also, there's no way to weigh your salad until the end. Other than that this place was awesome and I highly recommend it. Will be back."
