"So I don't know what's up with McDonald's anymore. Going inside, it takes forever to get someone to take your order. They never seem happy that you're inside ordering. If McDonald's doesn't want you to order inside, post a sign and say app orders only for the dining room. It's not just this location either. Ugh. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's, so everyone knows what you're getting. Almost no meat anymore and sloppily put together. One of these days, I'll finally beat the habit and quit going. On the positive side, it was clean inside the dining room and plenty of parking:)."

"Says they are open on the sticker on the door, says they are open on line. Ride by and there is people inside sitting on their phone with their shoes off at the tables in work uniforms just on her phone and standing behind the counter. No one answers when going through drive through, no one at drive through windows. No one will even acknowledge you while you ride by and honk to get attention. Disgusting to be honest. Will never return here. Visit was 11-12-2024. Approximately 11 pm."

"Wow, this place has really gone downhill. It used to be efficient and solid food. I just visited and it took twenty minutes to get a small cheeseburger and small fry. They had to divert me out to a wait spot because the fries were "just finishing up", and every single other person two cars before and 5 cars behind me were diverted. For fresh fries, they were sure the stalest, coldest fries I've had in a long time from mcd's. Most of the staff was standing inside just chillin and talking. McDonald's had always been one of those good places with good service - not anymore. Not to mention it's no longer a good deal. How does a small hamburger and fry cost more than 5 dollars? This is the new McDonald's reality: slow, old food for massively overinflated prices. Never again."

"The food is fresh but fry proportions are often skimped on if you do drive through or carry out. I had a large fry and the last top half (of the fry container) had 4-5 ketchup packets filling the top. I didn’t pay or ask for ketchup. I wanted a full large fry. These types of tricks on carryout are probably done knowing they won’t have time to turn around and get the fry fixed. It’s a shame because everything else is usually good."

"I brought a Big Mac medium meal through drive through. And my fries was half gone. What’s the point of paying for a meal if they are not even gonna pay attention. And on top of that The top bun was missing! Like who is checking theses before they hand it off to the customer"
