"I was referred to the by a cvs employee due to insurance issues. I am so happy I came here as I was standing in line to transfer mine. I saw them working hard the Hispanic lady in the front with long hair she was working the drive thru the front and helping in the back she was on it!! The black older woman in the front who answers the phones usually now she is a on it too! She was able to get everything transferred in a timely manner ♥️ be patient with them give at least a day they will have everything ready for you if you are transferring. So glad I came here."

"NO STAR IS DESERVED!!!!! To be honest. This location doesn't even deserve a STAR at all. But in order to post we as customers are forced to lie for you. I been in this store may be 3-4 times and each time I have been in their I have observed how your employees treated customers and I was appalled to their behavior to nice customers. I really couldn't believe what I was listening to. I watch your pharmacist allow the cashier to be rude and aggressive with a nice little asian woman and she was just asking about when her prescription would be ready. I also observed on another occasion with a black lady was asking about her prescription and they were very rude for no unknown reason. On another occasion I was in there and his young hispanic male was buying his daughter some candy and she wanted another pack and he sent her to get it and the cashier personnel raised her voice at him that he need to hurry because she didn't have all day. I waited patiently because it was a small girl and I wasn't in no rush. I requested for a manager and she rudely told me that this store doesn't have managers and that they run the store. I was greatly disappointed. It's really sad to see that the corporate office is condoning this type of behavior. Apparently Walgreens Corporate office is training their employees as well as the managers to have this type of behavior for them to provide this type of behavior towards their customers. So Walgreens maybe it's time to take it to the social media about the conduct or your employees for this store location to show how you condone such rudeness, inconsideration, demeaning, bad attitudes, terrible manners of conduct to allow this type of characteristic behavior to represent your company. I will go in there again just to record them on my phone and send this info to social media and to the news media so they can see how you train your employees. Maybe we can send several letters to the news media for we know they like this type of foolishness. It is time that you do something about this location to show how you allow the Blacks, Hispanics and Asian to be mistreated in this area I am requesting for proper training for this location 23110 Aldine Westfield, Spring Tx 77373. It's time for you to take actions instead of letting all these complaints pile up on your desk and after so many days you put them in your file-13 and do nothing. "This pharmacy is such a disappointment. I have literally been on the phone for 10+ minutes and the lady just jumps on to yell “gimme me one second and I’ll be right with you” and back on hold. No acknowledgment, no care to even try to deliver decent service, and just a poor reflection of this pharmacy as a whole. Avoid if you can at all costs and take your business somewhere where they actually care."

"Always have issues at this store. I spent 35 minutes min o m what should of been a 5 min trip. My picture was not completed and I received an email 2 days ago saying it was ready. Also they have up signs that are misleading and get mad when it's called out and took them down. I work in retail and that should of been honored as well as a coupon I clipped and it wasn't working at the register after me telling her it's clipped so is that my fault as well that yall coupons don't ring at the register. The store is a mess behind the photo booth no wonder my photo was lost. Overall dissatisfied with this location. They need to do better here. Losing customers for bad customer service is not a good look. Get cleaned up and make sure your store is signed properly to support whatever sales you have going on. Know your business and what you all are offering. I definitely will not be back to this location the reviews are bad for a reason."
