McDonald's

"This morning went to get breakfast for my girls at home. "Three bacon mcgriddles. No combos just the mcgriddles please and one hashbrown." Oh okay sir no problem Put in the order and I felt there was a miscommunication so when he came back to the register I wanted to clarify the order and I was Brushed off and told the order the right.... Come to find out when I got the order it was just bread and two pieces of bacon on it... not what my family wanted and not what I asked for. I went to ask them to correct it and I was told they wouldn't and it was my fault because that's how I ordered it when I said "just three bacon mcgriddles, no combos"...dude what?? Asked to talk to a manager Turns out he's the manager? What a joke"

"I am furious!! This McDonald's today doesn't open until 8am instead of 7. I came here mobile ordered and they wouldn't open their doors to me. They used sign language telling me not until 8am. I used sign language back saying I mobile ordered. Then I saw a sheriff inside the store eating and I knocked on the window where he was sitting and he was rude! He shook his head and motioned with his hand at his throat like to say I'm not talking. Nice people I encountered this morning. They knew people would mobile order but they keep their doors closed not wanting to give you your paid food. Ignorant. This McDonald's has always been rude. I rarely come here because of poor customer service and today they should get no stars unfortunately I had to give something. They said they were short staffed. Ok but if a customer mobile orders and has already paid, you need to open your doors to them. You people suck and are the reason you have a 3.6 rating. You could never measure up to the one I go to who is an award winning store. Go get some training."

"I tried to go in to pick up my online order but the door was locked at 7:30. It kind of hurt my fingers attempting to open it, since there was no sign that it was locked at 730 AM for some reason. And then the woman at the drive thru window would not even talk to me when I asked if the door is temporarily locked for some reason. You are supposed to be nice and talk to your customers if they ask a simple question. I’ve worked at McDonalds and would probably have gotten fired if I behaved like that."

"Outstanding service!! Ms. Evelyn is a credit to the establishment. She was extremely efficient at handling multiple orders at one time. It was awesome to be a part of. She DESERVES a VERY merry Christmas."

"I would highly recommend being cautious when ordering from this particular McDonald's location. On two separate occasions, they unfortunately got our order completely wrong. Not only did they mess up our order twice, but they also displayed a rather unpleasant attitude when we brought the issue to their attention. Initially, we ordered three Big Macs, but to our surprise, we only received one. After notifying them of their mistake, they returned with just one more Big Mac. Frustrated, we had no choice but to go inside and speak with the manager in order to finally get our order corrected. It is always advisable to double-check your order and ensure you receive a receipt when dealing with this McDonald's."
