"After eating a late lunch nearby my wife and I strolled in the store to do some shopping but were immediately accosted by a tall woman with short brown hair, talking down to us with a condescending attitude. It was almost as if she didn't think we could afford anything there. I mean, I may not have been dressed for a black-tie event, but I didn't look like a hobo either (polo; golf shorts; flip flops). The lack of positive customer service was appalling...no, take that back, it was absolute ugliness. It’s crazy to think that in this day and age hateful people like this still exist. I doubt this business will last long if this is how they treat people."

"I just walked into this store for the very first time with my daughter and husband. I was stared out like an outcast and basically had the tall lady with short brown hair look at me like I didn’t belong in there. My daughter likes to come in to look at the shiny things in there, and was not messing with anything. Simply looking. I will never return here after the condescending attitude I received from “customer service.” I contemplated buying a pair of earrings, but because of the terrible service I walked out."

"If I could give less than 1 star, I would be that person. I don’t write many reviews but when I do it’s because something really struck a cord or because it was worth praising. For an Owner of a small business boutique to treat anyone, let alone a law enforcement officer, the way she treated him- she will never have my business and I will for sure spread the word to my friends and family to not support this business as well. To berate someone and tell them that they deserved to be in a wheelchair over a parking spot is beyond hateful and we don’t want that kind of negativity in our neighborhood. To make several children and grown adults cry and feel belittled all because of this Owner’s sense of entitlement to talk to people the way she does is not worth supporting. Even the way she manages her PROFESSIONAL social media page for the boutique is very unprofessional, disrespectful, shows lack of empathy to the experiences people have had and immature. Please reevaluate whether you want to come to this store and support the person who owns it. **same owner, different location**"

"The owner is extremely rude and told my paralyzed husband (retired law enforcement who was shot in the line of duty) that he deserved to be in his wheelchair. WILL NEVER SUPPORT A BUSINESS LIKE THIS AGAIN. **This was the same owner but at a different location."

"Got the cutest LV bracelets today and definitely saw some one of a kind boutique items. They even carry Brighton. Very friendly small business. Stroller friendly. Prices are reasonable and reflect the quality. Definitely shopping here again."
