"I find it unprofessional and unfair that when Ross has the biggest Sale of the year , that employees get to take everything to the side just for them. As a customer it’s no way that I should be able to witness baskets piled to the top with all discounted items for the employees. Like atleast leave some for paying customers ! I’ve worked at multiple retail stores and never witnessed that. If that’s the case why announce you’re having a sale if it’s only gonna benefit the employees! This location needs to do better and the manager lied about it , knowing she let her employees grab everything first!"
"This was the most tidy Ross store that we have visited. It's a large store with a lot of stock."
"15 people waiting in line. ONE cashier. Was told there was no one else who could check anyone out. Called the manager who was just standing there watching everyone work…putting up merchandise, “taking breaks”. Frank, the manager, said he’s “not allowed” to check people out!! What!?! He then proceeds to go stand behind the “theft monitor” and chit chat. So we’re all just supposed to wait for this one, poor checker to handle everyone and the whole store is just supposed to wait - forever - to give Ross their money. Ross is notoriously bad at not having enough staff - but this is despicable…."
