"Absolutely the Worst Dollar General I've ever went to, this isn't the first, second, third or fourth time but the fifth time dealing with Rude, Belligerent, Unprofessional Staff. The whole store needs a make-over from top to bottom. Dollar General should really be proud of their Top Employees. Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance, something to take heed of. Definitely should look into a more thorough training process and at least cover the basics of customer service."
"This store is mismanaged to the highest degree! From the Manager Heather who has no customer service ethics, who berates, talks down to in such a degrading and vulgar manner to the customers who keep this establishment open! This has happened on several occasions this is not an isolated incident! The lack of civility on the part of management and staff reflects on the Dollar General brand. If this is any indication of low level management talent available to this organization its an embarrassment! The local corporate office will be hearing from me ASAP!"
"Just No!!!!!! Super ghetto store is trashy and dirty one person working the counter with 10 people inline no distance between customers and the manger just walking around do there own thing no one helping the cashier help clear out the line of people. Cashier was super nice but that’s was the only thing good about this place."
