"We love that we have a local Dutch bros now! We visit very often and while the music is usually much too loud, the drinks are consistently good! It took us a while to explore the menu and find what we like, but now that we have our favorites we’re racking up those rewards points! Customer service has always been decent in our experience. Sometimes we purposefully choose the walk-up window when we feel less social because the drive through workers always make a good effort at conversation. Try the iced kicker extra sweet, the hot hazelnut truffle mocha with oat milk or an orangesicle soda with soft top!"

"I love Dutch Bros. The first time I had their coffee was in 2016 during a trip to Oregon. I told my husband then that I hope this company gets huge and spreads/sells their coffee everywhere. Here we are 7 years later, and I am now seeing them in Texas. I'm very happy that this place opened up right next to my house, and I can come here whenever I like. The coffee is incredible, and the staff is friendly. I went two days in a row, and one young lady said, "I see you're back again." I like that she recognized me. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. Come get your coffee here, they're great."

"My husband and I went and got two hot chocolates with almond milk and they literally just gave us hot almond milk!! We didn’t taste any chocolate so we opened the cups and it was completely white. No chocolate whatever. Why would you give someone two cups of hot almond milk and not even question it or think twice?! I’ve gone to this location a few times and have had an issue with my drinks and the service every time. I don’t care if I have to drive further next time, I won’t be going to this location anymore."

"Wow! Terrible experience. Just came through the drive thru and one of their employees drove through the drive through, got out of her vehicle several cars back from the window to stand at the window with the workers as she danced and played with her hair. Not kidding, her back side half way into the car that was sitting at the window. This held up the line for about ten minutes and was completely unnecessary. When we finally pulled up to the window, we had to repeat our order several times because the barista was too busy paying attention to her friend who had finally left the drive thru and walked up to the other side. We were excited about this Dutch opening but wow, train your staff better on how they should behave on and off the clock when they visit the establishment. The line shouldn’t have been held up by a kid wanting to dance and twirl her hair in front of her coworkers. Avoid the mess at this place and try visiting the local coffee truck across the street at the HEB parking lot."

"The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because my husband ordered and got charged for a Large Dutch Frost banana split which is a ice cream shake and I'm pretty sure this is the freeze vs. the ice cream shake and there wasn't any whipped cream like the menu indicates for either one. I know it was the first day and they had a ton of people so it's rather easy to get mixed up."
