"Apparently the clerk was having a bad day at the entrance with plywood on the broken plate glass door since Monday. She was loading a cart with fire wood and water in front of it inside the store. I entered through the opposite set of doors 50 ft. away. I was going to buy coffee & a donut. When she was rude again to me twice but greeted another customer like a long lost friend. I left and came to my VA appointment at NW151. They have a great canteen with Starbucks coffee. Hope her day gets better. Mine is great. I have worked in the service industry a few times."

"Busy and considering the amount of traffic this location is easily accessible and staff is friendly. Sometimes lines in the store can get long but move quickly. Generally clean outside but always trash , especially by air ."

"I went to fill up my gas tank at this store. However, the card scan could not read my chip, so I went inside to pay. The manager, Carla, asked me what pump #, and i said I didn’t know, but pointed to my silver truck which was visible. She said you need to go outside and find out what # it is. I told her, as an employee you should know, which she said I am done and refused to service me. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. and she is the manager. I won’t be using this store again"

"Terrible Gas Station very rude cashier I don't remember what this guy's name was but he had dreadlocks and tattoos just to describe him. I was paying this guy just $3.50 worth of quarters to get some gas and he has the nerve to look at me and say we normally don't take this much change but next time you're going to have to have it rolled up in coin wrappers. Seriously you're that lazy because you don't want to count $3.50 worth of quarters??? Also on top of that this jerk had the nerve to repeat himself expecting a response from me which I just said "okay", this guy was a very rude and disrespectful person! I will never shop here again Circle k hires incompetent people I'm going to stick with going to QuikTrip from now on they are a thousand times better!"

"Donald is horrible at customer service! I literally just walked in to fuel up my car and use the latrine. I'm a disabled vet and don't do well out at night. There is a sign up that says closed for cleaning. Donald is counting lottery tickets. I politely asked if I could use the restrooms because a cleaning sign was up. He told he didn't know because he just came in. I said thank you and walked to the register right next to him where a lady was working. I asked her if I could PLEASE use the restrooms because I was about to pee on myself. She looked at me then looked at Donald and responded with, I don't know, he's cleaning them. I looked up at him and said please!? He told me it was wet and I said I didn't care I had to go sooo bad. He then refered me next door to the restaurant to see of they would let me go. As I walked out the door I tell them both that was great customer-service. I was gonna fill my empty tank up but I'm gonna go somewhere else where they don't make you feel like an inconvenience. To mention, if Donald did not want me to use the restroom he should have just said so. He is an old man, not a young child."
