"The staff is very uneducated on how their P.O.S system operates. A staff member literally stood in front of and told me she did not know what to do when her register pulled up a yellow screen. I then continued to tell her she still owed me my cash back and she failed to acknowledge the transaction that was listed on the receipt. Walgreens really should consider hiring people with some common sense and logical thinking skills. Once management Aka lead was brought to the situation it was just a reflection of poor knowledge in the stores operating system. Reminded me of the movie Idiocracy."
"Worst customer service at this location. I made my selections, went to cash register counter. Waited three minutes, even though an employee who was stocking had seen me, then an employee came from the back of store with bottle water and clip board, she went to cosmetic counter, first, to drop off items in her hand. She had already seen me standing at counter. Comes back from cosmetics counter passes me again, then proceeds to wait on a customer who just walked up to counter She had the nerve to say she didn't see me standing at the counter even though she passed me twice. Way to go, Walgreens!"
"Clean, well stocked, easy parking. Sometimes the closing staff locks the doors a good 20 minutes from the listed closing time but they let me in when that happens so I can't be mad."
