"Nice store, but it was hot the 2 recent times I was there and the escalators are broken, makes it kind of trashy looking. Not sure why they aren't repairing them. There is an elevator; not sure if it's operational though. I like that's it's two stories, makes it seem nice, but they have work to do, IMO"

"Good selection at this location and enjoyed the large layout and the Starbucks. Only barrier is the Ownership of the Starbucks with Barnes and Noble through the rewards program within the POS system. I appreciate the Cafe rewards program offered in-house, but losing out on receiving the rewards for Starbucks, has deterred my desire to make any Starbucks purchases at those Participating Barnes and Noble locations. Which is a loss for in-house Barnes and Noble sales. Understand the difficulties when it comes to cross network platforms, but one of the big reasons why I shop at Barnes and Noble over Half Price is for the experience of a nice coffee while enjoying finding new books to add to my Collection."

"This is the biggest new book store in San Antonio. It's spacious, clean, and well organized. Two stories. The workers were friendly and helpful. One lovely worker recommended an awesome author to me after seeing the sort of books I got. The only con is how loud the escalator is - you can hear it throughout the whole place."
