CVS

"This store is terrible. (I had to give it one star or the review won't post but in reality it deserves NONE) Yesterday an employee cheated me out of a 40% coupon deduction, lied about it at first then when I asked for the manager, he stated he was absent, then when I asked when the manager would be there , I was told today at 8 AM. The lying employee then said he would leave a note for the manager which, of course, he did NOT do so - Good thing I didn't trust him because I called before leaving home early to drive across town in the morning rush hour traffic, it would have been for nothing. Also when I spoke to the shift supervisor on the phone, she was apathetic and matter-of-fact about the issues. When I told her to relay my Complaint to the manager, she stated, "You can tell him yourself." This location is sorely lacking and needs major re-training in proper Customer Service."

"It's Friday Oct 20,2023 and I am horrified how a CVS employee Nathaniel treated an elderly man he is a regular and spends a lot of money there I have helped him find items several times he is on a wheelchair and can't see very well. Nathaniel was laughing at him and speaking to him like he was scolding a child in front of other customers it was degrading he even called him crazy , he called me crazy as well and decided to lie and say I called him a liar what I said to him was i don't trust a man that treats the elderly horrible. They need to do something about this employeer he has zero customer service skills and likes to argue with customers it's unacceptable"

"Omar is a fantastic pharmacy tech. He helped us find a coupon to lower the price of my meds. Great customer service!"

"I don’t particularly care for CVS and prefer Walgreens instead; however there are times when a prescription is not available at Walgreens and I am forced to fill at a CVS and the bad service never changes. I drive up and there is no one in front of me. I wait at the window for 10 minutes before the pharmacist comes over to assist me. There’s no greeting. No apology for making me wait so long no goodbye. She asks if I want to charge the card on file I say yes, she puts my prescription in the box shove the box over and walks away."

"This CVS is horrible enough to merit writing my first real review. I mean, WOW are they the absolute worst. I've been trying for a month to get a prescription filled here and every single time I've been on hold/in line for 25+ minutes and when they finally get to me the same lady has given me dismissive attitude and acted like I was interrupting her at home. Seriously if you hate people that much DON'T work with people. I finally transferred my prescription to a pharmacy further away and they were absolutely wonderful and helpful. Stay away from this CVS."
