"We shopped at this Walmart around lunchtime. Delighted that it wasn't overrun as others. Our checkout line had just one person ahead of us, which is very different than the Walmart in North Irving. Also, the store offers a wide variety of products and supposed discounts according to the "sale" signs."

"Someone needs to provide better customer service training to this location. An employee was giving me an attitude during my return transaction on some items. RBF was clearly displayed the whole time when I was there. Can't help if you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but you gotta be professional when you're at work. Clean store with innovative ways to cater to customers."

"I wanted to buy a laptop. It had a very good discount when I checked in the Walmart app specifically at that store, I guess because it was the last one in exhibition. First the guy on electronics department said they could not sell it because it did not have the hardware installed. He did not know he was talking with an Engineer, so I showed him the laptop did have the hardware as specs. So I asked him to call the manager, but he had same attitude ( I doubt if he was really the manager, since his name tag did not say so) He said we can not sell it until is out of exhibition, then I asked : and how would O know if it’s not longer in exhibition? He said: You won’t know. So I did not want to discuss more and told him I would complain, and he said go head. So I hope some of the management at this Walmart sees this complain. I might be wrong and the employee and the supposed manager just did their job. But it seemed really suspicious and kind of stupid excuses to avoiding selling it to me. To start with, they lied when they said the laptop did not have the hardware installed. This happened 11/26/2023 around 10 pm"

"Today is September 18, 6:51 pm. I came to make a return and I am having some issues with return. I asked the team for the store manager or any one from the management, but no one available. Everyone is on lunch or busy. At 7pm? The main problem is that Walmart can’t make a refund on a gift card if it more than $50."

"Wasn't here for anything in particular, what saw was these cute pants and cardigan sweater , I love the color of the pants. The material is good for fall and the sweater us soft. I didn't purchase but took pictures to post. The pants are $21.98 the sweater is about $12.00 the pants comes in black and navy blue."
