"As a long time customer of Dillards I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience. Having purchased a pair of shoes that ultimately did not meet my expectations, I expected the store to uphold its return policy, especially considering my loyalty over the years. Unfortunately, I was informed that the store would not accept the return. This unexpected refusal has left me disheartened and reevaluating my future patronage. It's disheartening to see a store I once held in high regard fall short in customer service, particularly with loyal patrons. I hope that the store reconsiders its policy to better accommodate faithful customers in the future. Ended up leaving my shoes at the register, they can keep them, the shoes didn’t meet my expectations. But this is very disappointing."

"The women’s perfume sales associate was very short for no reason. One of the perfume samples that I bought as part of a package at Dillard’s (which I paid over $180 for) was broken and had spilled everywhere, so I was just asking if I could get a replacement. It was just a travel size perfume that came as part of a full package. A simple no sorry we can’t do that would have been fine, but she acted as if I was the one who was attacking her. Also, considering I paid for the full package and one of the items was broken, I feel like it was within my right to ask for a replacement. She said she could get me a replacement but she would have to charge me. It was really strange and overall just aggressive for no reason. If you are looking to buy perfumes, go to macys."
