"Nelson needs to shower and have better hygiene. I didn’t want him touching my photo ID so I told him I would hold it as close as I need to and let him scan it. I told him it was a hygiene thing which it is and then the fact that he makes hunt brothers pizza’s is absolutely disgusting."

"Called to order a pizza a woman took my order and told me that it's 24 hours. She said it will be ready in 15 mins. I live 5 mins away from the store come to the door and it's locked. Called the same number and a man answers and says I have the wrong place. I told him I spoke to a woman and she said 15 minutes until it's ready. He turned me away. Yall need to get your times corrected!"

"Tom has shown countless times that he is inconsiderate and lack care to anyone’s issue. I spent about 13 minutes on the phone with him and in that time, my request assistance could have been resolved but he chose to say no and refuse to help me. New staff needs to be hired, especially for Tom. I have never met anyone so rude."
