"Kudos to CVS Customer Service!Had horrible experience with head pharm. He lied constantly. Became a yelling match.Drew crowd taping it. I was Os a survey they called ME! After listening carefully, they apologized & said they'd deal w/it. 2 more people in CS called. They heard me out fully, acted quickly! I'm there often. The next time head pharm was a changed man! Thank you 4 REALLY caring about customers CVS"

"Shame on you cvs only giving the pharmacy staff a half hour break in a 12 hour shift. You're working these people like dogs. The two techs I've come across are very sweet and kind people. The pharmacist can be a bit abrasive, maybe it's bc you're overworking the employees you've got. I would've given a 5 star review if I didn't know the overworking you did to your employees. Clearly you're understaffed, CVS can and needs to do better by who you've got left after the pandemic."
