Sam's Club

"I went to Sam's Club in Tinley Park on 2/1/24 I asked the Caucasian lady at the door that checks your receipt to please can she get someone to assist me to put the 40 bottle case of icemountain water in my trunk she hesitated to acknowledge me asking her for the assistance. She finally acknowledged me, called for someone to come, I waited for 15minutes no one came she pretended she doesn't know I'm still standing there waiting so I asked her again to get someone to assist me this person got smart mouth with me after she called again for someone to come "saying she don't know what else I want her to do and the way she said it, the tone she used as though I'm bothering her. Sam's Club don't hire people who doesn't work well with the public it's obvious she does not have what it takes to work in an environment that deals with the public her attitude stinks, she's unprofessional and not fit to do that job. Hire someone with a better personality to work with the public."

"Recently moved the dog food directly across the cleaning supplies. Whole isle smells like a Floral air freshener. Unless you wanna get your dog food directly next to the bleach I would go elsewhere."

"This Sam’s club is awful! Workers stand around doing nothing to help customers.Last time we were there a bunch of workers stood around and watched us use self checkout because there were no cashiers! Why are these people getting paid to stand around and do nothing? Lazy! The food court is always closing before they should and they have nothing in stock like other Sam’s clubs. I am glad I didn’t pay full price for a membership or I’d be pretty disappointed. Almost every customer that comes in smells like weed or maybe it’s the store that smells like that. They even charge for an order you place online to pick up yourself! Absolutely ridiculous! Costco is way better!"

"We got a great deal on a Sam’s Club membership for the year for $20 so we went for it and we went to check it out today. It’s a very nice Sam’s Club very spacious and roomy with large isles. Great deals on food, clothing, and all kinds of household goods!"
