"Pharmacy is unfriendly. Not that they care but you’ve lost a friendly customer. I’m sure your clientele isn’t the friendliest around but when you treat your kind customers like scum they find elsewhere to go and then you’re left with people like yourself."
"Had submitted a refill prescription a little early because I was heading out of town and got a message that it was out of stock. Contacted the pharmacy, was quickly connected to the pharmacist, Tim, who took the time to locate another pharmacy that had stock and worked with them to transfer the prescription. Tim was friendly, helpful and handled it very professionally. I have always had great experience with the pharmacy at this location."
"Don't waste your time at the pharmacy. Last time I use them. Automated system doesn't work for me apparently so called in scripts. Girl told me they'd be ready tomorrow. Went in couple days later ( we'll before they restock meds) since I got text that meds were ready. They had 1 and wasn't even what I asked to be filled. Glad I found this when I got home so I could call and be on hold for the rest of the evening. Just done with the stupidity."
"The pharmacy here is horrible. I had the displeasure of having to use this Walgreens. My usual one was closed due to water damage. The app had me pick a different location for my two prescriptions that needed refilling. I have even picked different locations due to convenience in the past. After a few hours the app told me one was in progress but the other I needed to contact the pharmacy. Lucky I was near by and decided to go check in personally since their phone lines can be long. The pharmacist was rude to start off with. She seemed put out to even be working. I asked about the second prescription and what I needed to do. She told me I couldn't transfer scripts and that I had to call my doctor for a refill. The script had 2 refills waiting but something was wrong on Walgreen's end. I tried to show her the app and what I meant. I was told over and over I was wrong and I couldn't transfer prescription. She rolled her eyes at me and another pharmacist stepped in. She told me I was wrong. Now I know I can transfer these. I have done it before and picked close locations near my work or parents house so I know it is possible. I said I will just transfer some place and went to leave. Both ladies days 'bye" dripping with attitude and then started laughing as I walked away. Ii was informed by another worker that those two are known for their attitude. and they are rude to customers over an over but nothing happens. I've been with Walgreens for 30+ years but maybe not after these two"
"This is my first time reviewing an establishment of any kind, and after reading some of the reviews I feel compelled to leave one myself. This has to be the most unprofessional pharmacy I have ever come across I can’t even begin to describe how rude staff members are. On several occasions I would receive a call saying my prescriptions are ready for pick up but when I get there they tell me they are not ready and it’s going to need another 20 minutes. When I come back after 20 minutes I end up having to wait another 10 minutes. A couple times I would be in line for so long that I would end up leaving and calling my kids pediatrician and have her send the prescription somewhere else. So I started calling before I leave to pick up prescriptions to make sure they are actually ready even after receiving a call from them saying my prescriptions are ready. Walgreens isn’t what it used to be but it’s the closest pharmacy with a drive through to my house."
