"Honestly, we regret moving here. Hoa raises fees, there is only a small pool and a small fitness center that are not well maintained at all. I mean so dirty they are often unusable. There is no plan for a park or additional amenities of anykind. Don't let anyone mislead you when buying here. Faulty wiring in house, lasted just over the 1 year door to door, lights flicker. The weather stripping wasn't done right on the front door so when it rains heavily, water enters the house almost to the living room. They also flush/sweep debris into drains when building so you may need a plumbing repair shortly after moving in."
"Do you like broken cabinets, shower, furnace, sink, dishwasher, and door nobs? Then a Lennar home might be for you! The cracking in the foundation will make you wanting more! Community is very nice just don’t expect to have a mail box anytime soon I’ve been 4 months without a mailbox and they told me a have to wait 2 more months. Yay Lennar!"
"Nice area to live. Lennar over promised on future ammentities. They must have spent the budget on Lennar Flags. A person who visited me once asked if my neighborhood is the Headquarters of Lennar because all the flags. Why so many flags?"
