"Hailey was absolutely amazing. Attentive and friendly, drinks were great. Had a bloody maria, a little spicy and barley had a sip. She offered to remake if it was too spicy which I appreciated (I did not take her up on the offer). Also, these had to be the CLEANEST bathrooms I’ve ever been in for a bar. Now it was earlier but still. Smelled good, fully stocked. If you’re looking for a chill bar highly recommended. They also have those video poker games (i did not play them but people seem to enjoy them). Small outdoor seating by front door."

"We came to this bar on a Saturday afternoon and were very impressed with this bar! Plenty of space, pool tables, and dart boards! Our bartender Lexy was super accommodating and made us the best green teas we’ve ever had! My wife beat me at darts and I didn’t even care because the service and atmosphere was so great! Wil definitely be back to visit Lexy and hopefully throw more darts."

"We wanted to switch up our usual pool spot so after googling, we came across Rod Dog’s. The atmosphere is quite friendly. Our first visit was great! We played a few games of pool and surprisingly, a bartender there at that time kicked the Old Fashioned out of the park. It was GREAT. Our second visit, we arrived during a pool tournament. We had the pleasure of speaking with a few of the pro players and also enjoyed a few pool games ourselves. The ambiance here is super cool."

"This spot is one of my favorites here in San Antonio. Rod Dogs has wonderful and very knowledgeable barstaff. They also have 3 awsome pool tables and some of the best dart boards i have seen yet. I 100% will return. I Highly recommend this very nice and cozy place. This place will make you feel at home."
