"Parks and Rec don't have a clue as to what they are doing. The Frisbee golf course is a joke and a nuisance to neighbors. The director lied about the course in order to make it appear like Parks and Rec made a good decision. They took the WWII memorial our with no relocation plans. Something that is highly disrespectful to Veterans. The new Parks are a waste of money considering they are replacing perfectly good equipment instead of adding on to make room for bigger kids. The splash pad is basic and so is the surrounding park, which was a waste of money considering the improvements are minimal. The dog park is an excuse for one. It isn't really a dog park. Just a fenced in baseball field. If the director focused on making one project at a time the best it can be, we could have all of our parks compare to SEBA. Unfortunately, it is clear that Parks & Rec rather do a half job and have extra recreational activities than do the job right and wait longer to have those activities or not have them at all."
