"I called this morning to ask a question, the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, put me on hold twice and then hung up while I was on hold. She obviously didn't want to talk to me. When I asked her a question, she was condescending and flat out mean, and refused to help me. It was like she didn't want to leave whatever she was doing and go look to see if they had what I need in stock. Very unprofessional. They may be cheaper than some of the other places, but they lost my business, I can tell you that."

"The customer service is excellent. For being just a storefront they stock pretty much anything anyone needs for their pool plus plenty of the fun stuff. If you need a large item (ex. pool cover) you will probably need to have them order it but that’s typically a planned purchase anyway so no problem! Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful. The big box store down the street is fun but I’d choose these guys over them in a heartbeat even if it cost me a little more (I honestly have not compared prices to know)."
