"I am in the market for a new to me rifle. I had already stopped at a few other locations before coming here, I did see a really nice Ruger and patiently. Waiting to be helped like normally. But when the mail female were too busy flirting with each other. I decided to go to a location I stopped earlier and spent my money there. It's only obvious if a person is standing in front of A case to ask for help. There was a kind gentleman who asked if I needed help as I walked out. But already made up my mind that I would rather give that harder money to place where customer service is great."

"I have been doing business with this cash America location for a very long time. I went in today to pawn a James avery ring. I have had this ring in this pawn shop several times and I have always received $50. But when I went in today the cashier said he had to speak with his manager, which left me confused. When he returned he said that the new policy was they could only offer $10 for James avery rings. I told him that was ridiculous especially when I have had it in here several times and I have always received $50. He said that's all they offer now. I think this is a rip off because if they give you $10 and you're unable to take it out then they will sell your ring for $70 or $80. This is shady and deceitful business and I think everyone should find a different location to do business with. I think you shouldn't turn your back on loyal customers and come up with new policies without any notification. I will make sure corporate knows about this"

"Service sucks, the text reminder service they so call have never sends me notification on on my stuff.. I called to get information on my lawaway and the manger "so call" can't give me any info on my stuff over the phone without a customer number. .. but I called a different location the lady help me out with no hesitation.."

"Sold some music equipment that I never use any longer & received a fair price. Friendly quick service. Checked out a handgun model that I owned in the 90s. Most likely will put it on layaway. Great layaway terms."
