"ZERO STAR IF I COULD! This store is an absolute disappointment! We purchased a ring for my wife from them and sent it to be resized at the same time of the purchase and got a promise delivery due date. (Basically the reason we bought from them was that they were able to deliver by a date that mattered to us) A few days before the due date store called us and said they ring has been resized by mistake to a different size and they need to send it back to be resized again and it will not be ready by the due date. After calling the store one hundred thousand times (!) and explaining the situation and how important this due date is for us they promised that they will expedite the resizing process to still be able to get it by the time that was promised. Eventually, on the due date, we went for pick up and what we were shown as our ring was nothing but a joke!!!! What they were trying to give us did not even look like our original ring anymore and was completely out of shape. The resizing was an extremely poor job and the fact that it was resized twice was made it even worse. We expressed our disappointment with the store staff and shoxkingly got a super disrespectful and rude reaction from them, while the promise that we got from the store to meet the due date was the only reason we purchased from them and what we needed was only compassion and the acknowlegment of their poor job and the inconvinience that it had created fot us. As if that is not enough reason to avoid this store, in an ironic fasion after a few days past the due date, the store gave us the option to replace the order again and wait 5-6 more weeks for a new ring in the correct size which will make the total wait time since the time of purchase exceeding 3 month and they said this is the best they can do (which also cost us another hundred thousand of phone calls with the customer service and the store manager)!!!!!!! Eventually had to go to the store and return/cancel our order and will NEVER EVER do any sort of buisiness with this store anymore. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this store. The staff are disrespectful and customer service doesn't matter to them when the customer needs it the most. I promise you'll save yourself a lot of time and headache!!!!"

"I went in to simply ask a question about having a stone mounted. I was greeted by Sylvia Cevallos. Not only did she answer all my questions, she was able to get me WAY more ring for less than I was planning on spending. I returned a few days later to pick the ring up and she remembered me by name. Her level of service has ensured my wife and I will be customers for life. I cannot speak highly enough of her!"

"Because I am married, and my wife is extremely spoiled, we are here quite often. They know us by name. Do you remember seeing us years ago and one of the lady re-minded us up when I used to come in a wheelchair and now that I’m walking. It makes her happy. Which interns makes the experience much much more better. I have never ever had bad service here the manager is a hell of a guy who is always helpful. in the young ladies at work they’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful. For a man who hates to spend a lot of money. This is one place that I really like going with my wife to shop. They do a great job. I’ve been to other K jewelers around San Antonio, and the one at Southpark Mall is the very best."
