"The store was a welcomed surprise, quality items and bright employees with smiles under their masks. I have made a living in sales for 30 years I am always looking for the next great leader or Management candidate. As a Sales consultant I write sales processes and recruit. I am hear to tell you, Money Mart has a superstar in the making, Patrick was on point. His training was obvious and his ability to engage customers was special. Considering the average employee only mutters and rarely make eye contact. He represented your company in a fresh and much needed energy or “Vibe” that is contagious. The management has done well here a great culture is starting to really develop. From offering to assist to building rapport with sincerity , it was a rememberable visit. Customer service is the new reality and from my perspective. During my visit I saw core values were honored and sales processes that were beautifully executed all the way through my visit. I even bought the extended warranty because Patrick showed me the immediate benefits and helped me purchase what I wanted and even gracefully got around my attention to repeated pain statements and aggressive stalls .
