"I came in with a Tommy Hilfiger leather jacket and an expensive power wheelchair charger, and I was immediately told that they don’t accept either of the items that I have! These people are very stiff in sticking to their policies. They don’t care if someone is desperate for money. They are unwilling to bend even a little bit to help anyone. This goes against everything that I know about dealing with pawn shops for more than 25 years! I won’t ever be back to this place!"
"I’ve come here multiple times and I’ve always gotten the same guy short Mexican dude and he always gives me lower prices compared to the money mart in the medical center and the cash America on Marbach which they are all the same and it’s always the same items that I take to other that I take! I go here cause they usually never have anyone like the other ones and I see why! But I recommend any others than this! They truly aren’t there to help you"
