"I rarely write reviews, but after receiving such outstanding customer service I felt obligated to do so. I was looking for a specific gun part and contacted the majority of gun dealers in my area. Many did not respond, or did not have what I was looking for which is understandable but were not helpful either in helping me with ordering what I was looking for. Kenneth at Dury's was the only one that went out of his way to email me back as well as call me to let me know that he had what I needed and would set it aside for me to come in. "A San Antonio treasure, run by great honorable people. I sold a gun here that my 88 year old dad had given me recently that he bought in the 1980s and the process was fair and super easy. I will definitely come back when I want to buy a gun and deal with a group of people whom I trust. I took the same gun to a well know gun shop over near Alamo Ranch and they had the nerve to offer me less than what my dad actually paid for it back in the day!Seriously? How the heck is a gun, never used and considered collectible worth less 30 years later? Just a bunch of dishonest people trying to take advantage of someone, that’s how. Not at Druy’s that is for sure. I will definitely be back when it comes time buy a gun as they are super knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy.
