Prue can be very nervous and skittish around new people, especially at the groomer, but Jennifer makes her feel so comfortable. Usually during the first 10 minutes of dropping her off, she will let Prue walk freely around the space to get acclimated. Jennifer also takes detailed notes during each appointment so she remembers the style of cut from the previous appointment and any grooming tools that scare Prue. I also appreciate that she calls during the appointment to check in and ask questions.
