"I love the ability to walk in and get my pets vaccines and everything taken care of on the spot. Awesome and highly recommend for that. I also like that you can find your pets records online through their website, it’s easy to navigate and print out what you need. Taking one star off because the vet assistant (she takes your info at the door) is extremely unpleasant. You couldn’t pay her to crack a smile and besides that her responses and demeanor is very short and borderline rude. It’s hard to hand over your dog when you experience that up front. But I’ve gone there four times now and I know thats just how she is. Still doesn’t make it okay."
