"I recently bought a Syrian Hamster from them. He is soooo cute! They keep them well in a warm container and provided with food and water and nice hideouts. The customer service was really helpful and gave me the best tips on owning a hamster for beginners and gave me nice food mix to feed him. I went there 2 weeks later to get him a hamster ball and told the employee that he keeps biting the cage. The employee was really helpful too and told me to upgrade the cage and try getting him a new toy. Then suggested a bigger ball. When I got home, my hamster absolutely loves the bigger ball. I am happy the worker suggested that to me. Would definitely recommend."
