Whether I'm shopping for clothes for the whole family, home essentials, or gifts, I can usually find what I need at JCPenney. The store layout is also well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find specific items. I like is their affordability. They often have sales and promotions that make their already reasonable prices even more budget-friendly. I've been able to find some great deals on quality items"

"My family and I went to JCPenny stone briar in Frisco to find my niece a dress for her father daughter dance. While she was trying on her dresses a grown man walked out of the kids fitting room, along with a line of men standing outside the fitting room looking while waiting. There was a men’s fitting room less than 20 yards away. It was disgusting and uncomfortable. None of the workers that saw this did a thing about it. When I tried to call to complain there was no answer and I called 3 times. This is completely unsafe behavior and will not be tolerated by me or my family."

"Cashier was not very friendly. She has no professional skills to deal with smile. Her response to each question was not helpful. She needs to learn how to leave personal problems or worries at home and be here to help customers. My customer service management experience showes that she does not like her job or she treat every one by their looks and appearance. As a customer I greeted her and said hello and thank you to her. Very disappointed."

"Went to JCPenney at stonebriar during Black Friday sales. Wellington was 60% off. I pickup 2 pairs of trousers and paid. After I looked at my receipt and saw only one rang up @ 60% the other $59 which rang full price. I went to the same sales associate and said this didn’t ring up on sale, and all Wellington is 60% off. She said this must be a new shipment and not included in the sale. I asked if she could call a supervisor. No but I can refund the purchase. I explained it’s false advertisement. She said you don’t have to shop here. Everyone check your receipts. Horrible customer service"

"I used to work for JCP Plano Collin Creek 2008-2009 and occasionally through out the years growing up I have shopped at this Frisco location. This current shell of the store is completely awful and the entire shopping experience is unsatisfying. When I say this place and company isn’t the same, it isn’t. The customer service is pathetic and no existent!!! Nobody on the floor speaks to you or asks you “are you are you finding everything okay?” The only time associates speak to you is when they are forced & harassing you at checkout trying to get you to sign up for a JCP credit card so they can pad store stats. The store was not clean, clothes everywhere. You can tell that there’s a lack of recovery team and the little staff that’s there is overwhelmed and at times just say F it and doesn’t even try. There’s only one check out stand downstairs. There is no inventory at all, we couldn’t find any common sizes for clothes we did like to try on. You can never find the clothes on mannequin that were on display. They should be right next to them but are never available. The fitting rooms are still closed which makes no sense at all!!!!!!"
