"This is such a busy store. There were so many shoppers on the Saturday afternoon I was there. The store was fairly well organized, and seemingly well stocked. I did find everything that I needed. They had several cash registers open, but the line was long so there was a bit of a wait to check out. The cashier I had, obviously, would have rather been anywhere else but there, therefore I felt a little sad as I paid and left the store."

"Went to Burlington and had an unpleasant experience after not only waiting half an hour, and a line that went all the way out with only one cashier open to be told that I cannot take the basket to the car with my items. Overall, no good customer service they are not good to their employees, don’t want to shop where it feels like I’m walking into a prison a.k.a. gate security at front ridiculous."

"Huge store with lots to shop for in many departments. It's a little cramped in the aisles and sizes were pretty disorganized the day I was there even right after they opened, so perhaps arranging the merchandise better by size and keeping on top of it as people inevitably move it would be great."

"I Don't know what happened!!!!!!!!! I use to love this store but it is total garbage now. The quality of the clothes are that of a thrift store. It is so crowded. Greeted by a non English speaker and He had to use the translation device on his phone to explain no back packs allowed. The shoes are behind a gate with a guard . therethere.The worst experience"

"This was the biggest store I have ever visited. Lots of new items for the winter and holidays. Everyone was friendly except for the very old lady in charge of the fitting rooms (didn't get her name). The store opens early (8am) which helped me out a ton. Great women's and decor selection!"
