"They have really good collection and I was so happy to find them online BUT no responsibility on customer service, they are absolutely don’t care after your purchase as my experience after first/ last time purchase, I shopped almost $400 and tried to return/ exchange one item, I emailed, called, text, voicemail for probably more than 20 times over a month. Finally the lady picked up the phone, we talked and she said she will back to me, still no response, I keep called again but they didn’t pickup the phone either, so disappointed and sad when you trying to support small business but they are doesn’t responsible or care! I will never shop from there and absolutely doesn’t recommend."
