"The customer service was extremely unhelpful and rude. Despite the website stating the store closed at 9 pm, I returned an item exactly at 8 pm. The lady at the store insisted they were closing at 8, even though the time matched. I offered to be the last customer and wait, but she started arguing and yelling. Eventually, I had to raise my voice to get assistance, She did within 10 seconds. I suggested updating the website's store hours instead of arguing with customers for a simple last-minute request."

"This is my goto place for my kid's clothes for events. Love everything in this store! It is on the expensive side but the sales are great! Also, the clothes are really well made. I have things that both my girl's have worn, been through a million washes, and still looks like the day I bought it. Absolutely worth it and so cute. This location doesn't seem to be regulating number of customers in the store, but I haven't been in there with more than another family. They are still wearing masks."

"Walked in this store tonight right at closing time and the lady there was so friendly and encouraged me to take my time. She helped me pick out some great outfits for my son turning 1 and was so helpful. She made me really feel welcome and she also made me feel as though she really cared. Thank you"

"Let me start of by saying that I am an avid janie and jack shopper and I have been for the past 9 years. .. this review is not on janie and Jacks clothing. . Because they're the best quality is high and the styles are timeless. . This review is for this particular store... they are pretentious and rude .. I went yesterday in the afternoon. . The girls were more interested in chatting amongst themselves instead of doing their job and providing good customer service. .. I'm very disappointed in j&j... I expected more... I will never be returning to this store again .. the Swedish children store a couple stores down has just as cute high quality clothes and their customer service was amazing... go there instead !"

"Baby and kid clothes are really nice! Prices are quite expensive but most probably worth it. The store is relatively small but the selection of clothes is pretty nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful!"
