I contacted them yesterday, and they said even though it was their fault I would need to pay for shipping for the correct item. I did and they assured me that I would receive it today. Never did. This place is not as good as it once was. This is now the second order they messed within a month."

Every single one of them was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked a question. The gentleman employee that was there was very nice and the only one that assisted me while I searched for the items I was going to purchase. I suggest the owner check on them more often and train them because while I spent $1,500 my plan was to spend $5k but I could not tolerate the negative vibes from these women. Two other customers shared with me that they were not just being rude to me they explained they had the same experience every time they shopped there. The employee in the pink shirt took the blue ribbon in rudeness and unprofessionalism."
