"Beautiful clothes. The ladies working in the store could not be ruder and less attentive. They do not care to help with sizing. One was on her phone the whole time while we were in the store and the other was dismissive and short. We were the only ones in the store and wanted to buy multiple outfits but instead left empty handed. I will never shop there again."

Their kids are aging or they already have most of your stuff. My suggestion is to "wow" new customers into buying and coming back. Invite them in instead of telling them to shop online. That sends the wrong message. Why do sales people act like they're better than the customer, and when the customer spends money, they make money?"
