"I called this morning hoping for an emergency appointment. My kitty had some restroom issues in the night and this morning I woke up to find it dried to her. I asked Pam if they could do a sanitary shave on my long hair cat, she talked to Tracy and Tracy said she could do it. I had never been to this groomer before, the office has a very big waiting area and was very inviting to be in. The whole experience took less than 15 minutes. Pam and Tracy were both so kind and happy to help. My cat definitely felt better after she was cleaned up. I'd be happy to go back here even for non emergencies circumstances. Thank you Pam and Tracy!"
