"I left three messages about having her groom my dogs in roughly a little over a week. Finally heard from her and she stated there had been some illnesses. But she couldn’t call me and tell me that? Anyway I spoke with someone that I thought was Kelly but wasn’t and said what I needed for my three dogs. I received a text giving me an appointment reminder and what was to be groomed for each dog. It was not accurate so I called and did not get a return call. I also saw that a groomer that just had a bad review was going to do the dogs when I specifically asked for the owner but was told she isn’t grooming. I decided to personally go there and figure things out and was NOT impressed with their lack of customer service. I felt like an imposition to the groomer and owner. The groomer answered some of my concerns and when the owner came in I tried going over a few things but she pretty much ignored me. The lack of customer service especially being a new customer was horrible. I left there knowing without a doubt I would not want them caring for my dogs."

"Will never go there again or recommend. She must like other dog except didn't like my sweet Penny. Barely trimed her and what she did is choppy! Penny needs another hair cut after only 2 weeks. She usually goes every 3 months! I had also brought my chihuahua who only needed a personal cut, he's 5 lbs.They had both so much longer than they said they would. We came to get them several times, then had to sit & wait anyway! That was a $70 lesson."
