From the first contact when we dropped by her store unannounced, to working with her remotely to plan a wedding/reception in Dallas from 5,000 miles away, she was amazingly friendly, courteous and responsive. We discussed ideas but her actual delivery blew us away. We had originally agreed to just rent the vases as we were traveling back to Europe, but friends and family were so impressed with the arrangements they wanted to take the flowers home (vases intact) and Sarah graciously helped make that happen.
