"I placed an order for flowers to be delivered for my best friend birthday. Rather than calling me and letting me know the flowers were out of stock and to see if they would want me to substitute with flowers they had in stock (which is what I would have done). They left me a voicemail saying it was out of stock and they were canceling my order. A little bummed! I would have understood they were out of stock and gladly purchased whatever else they had. When I called back and asked if I could substitute they said oh we already processed the refund. Just would have expected a little better customer service. Maybe pointers for next time. I’m sure most customers would take a substitute rather than having their order cancelled."

"I ordered a Colorful Tribute Deluxe bouquet for $138.39 (includes all taxes and delivery) on 7/12/2022. My emails to the owner are below along with some pictures of the bouquet. It’s extremely unfortunate that I did not receive a follow-up email to work through my concerns. I understand we may not always meet expectations initially, but not responding at all to a customer’s email about valid concerns is unacceptable. I hope others don’t have the same experience as me. Again, I really think with the cost, these would have lasted at least more than a week. Please let me know how you can make this right.
