"Do not order from here! My husband paid $120 for roses and there were two extremely small roses on the bunch! Please look at the images of what was ordered vs what was received! They refused to refund the delivery fee which was THIRTY DOLLARS!!"

Well I don't know how live they were but they first had to review chat with virtual and then their reply was all about me ordering in Africa??? "Placed an order for funeral delivery on a Friday they never showed, called to have them re delivered after speaking with 3 costumer service reps who all agreed that the new address will be able to work, they once again called saying my ordered couldn’t be done. Never received flowers for the wake or the funeral it’s self. Won’t bother ordering from them again."

It is not a flower business, but rather a call business that contacts local floral shops, will not give you their info for contact if you have issues, and even when they send the “corrected” order to a new shop it’s just as bad. I have included what I thought I was getting versus what I got…essentially they removed the most expensive flowers from the arrangement."
