A few minutes later my phone rang, and it was a sweet lady explaining that there was 1 flower in the bouquet that didn't quite look nice enough for her, and she was wondering if I was flexible enough for her to swap it out. I told her to use her expertise and to make whatever changes she wanted, and explained that it was for a gender neutral baby shower - I think she created a bouquet even more beautiful than what I ordered!
