"Will never buy flowers there again. I prepaid a bouquet of flowers a week before Valentines and it was supposed to be delivered at a certain time. Well, I get out of work I go to the flower shop and they didn’t have my order. They had my order wrong. I showed him the picture it was nothing like the picture they were trying to give me a small bouquet of flowers which wasn’t nowhere near, but I have paid for.."

The service is always great and they’re always so helpful especially when it comes to explaining things rather it be with the flowers or even when it comes to the price. This is the place that you need to get your flowers from."

"Ordered flowers from this place on Saturday June 10,2023 to be delivered to my college kid at DBU and spoke to a man on the phone twice about my order! Paid by credit card and as of today they have NOT been delivered! Tried to call Sunday at least a dozen time with no answer nor is their voicemail set up! No responses at all as of today June 12,2023. If i could give them a O i would! Do not order from them as you probably will just be giving them money without receiving product!"

"If I could give you a 0, I would! Ordered flowers online for my partners birthday while I was in India. Was told they were delivered, they weren't. I reached out via instagram, since I was overseas and was told the driver delivered them, they didn't. Was then told they would check with the driver to see if he got a picture and get back to me, they didn't. After I asked again, they said they would re-deliver the next day. They didn't. My partner called and was told they would deliver, they didn't. Then they stopped taking his calls and also stopped responding to me via Instagram. They took $108 from me to get flowers to my partner for his birthday, which he never received. And they won't reply to me about a refund. DO NOT USE!"

"I will leave it at 1 star until someone gets in touch with me. Click to read more. TLDR dont make any online orders. I emailed them to ask if my oder was delivered. It was placed the night before. I only received a confirmation a few hours later (8pm) I have emailed them that the recipient never got a knock/notice or the flowers themselves. I have sent out two timid emails asking for help, contacted their instagram, and even called (I'm in canada) 0 response. I am mostly bummed that the recipient didnt get a nice surprise and only I got a really bad one. I'll be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute this. Online order is a bad idea, maybe better in person. Customer service non-existent."
