"I agree with Letty. This business needs to STOP claiming they do alterations. Very sloppy alterations, too. A professional seamstress hems clothing without you even seeing the sewing work on the outside of the garment. Also, I am sick and tired of typing out notes in large lettering of the work I need and it DOESN'T get done. I had a blazer that needed a button sewed back on and specifically requested that the remaining buttons be resewed so that they are all secured. Got it back and sure enough! Another button fell off because she didn't do what I requested and I probably got charged for it. I also have a big problem with their inconsistent pricing or being told I'll get a call back with the cost. I never felt confident requesting alterations and I should not be told: "You'll get a call back" and price guessing and then finally, showing up with a change in price. I've had it with ten years of dreading going there. I'm never going there again."
